Brunch Club: Nobu

Nobu is much too classy of a place to be doing buffet brunches, but when the economy's down, it takes everyone out with it, sushi chefs included. (Been reading that even Japanese yakuza are getting laid off or taking pay cuts. For some reason that makes me feel better? But then, I have a job. I wonder if it will make those 100 HSBC casualties feel better.) The four-course lunch set at Nobu features an appetizer selection, choice of one main dish, choice of udon, chirashi or DIY handrolls (fun!) and a dessert. All for a relatively conservative HK$380.
