Take advantage of this in-between weather to hit up Grand Hyatt's poolside The Grill, in my opinion one of Hong Kong's premier alfresco dining destinations. They've extended their Sunday Barbecue Brunch offer till the end of May (appropriate, since that's when it'll either get unbearably hot or unprofitably rainy), with "delicious breakfast items, fresh and healthy salads, barbecued specialties, seafood on ice, desserts as well as a fresh juice and smoothies station."
SOLD. From noon to 3pm on Sundays. Best part? $320 for adults, and add only $70 for free-flow wine, Prosecco and beer.
