Geek Peek: Humberto Leon of Opening Ceremony

A while back we took a Geek Peek at Carol Lim from Opening Ceremony and of course at the same time, we couldn’t resist also asking Humberto Leon for some insights into his life as well. Since we’ve last talked, Carol and Humberto have been appointed the creative directors of Kenzo and their collaboration with Lane Crawford was deemed ingenious. HL: The shopping is incredible! I love the energy.

HKFG: What is your secret ambition?
HL: To visit every country in the world before I die.

HKFG: What is your ultimate indulgence food OR go-to food when you’re stressing out?
HL: Chinese food always!!!!!! Clay pot rice with spareribs in black bean sauce and Chinese sausage or rice noodles from local vendors.

HKFG: What was your first big investment purchase ever?
HL: First season MIU MIU men’s shoes.

HKFG: What is the last thing you think about before going to sleep?
HL: What I am going to eat for breakfast.
