Before you throw away those giant flower brooches circa Carrie Bradshaw in Season 3 of Sex and the City... consider what great shoulder pads they'd make.
Speaking of that TV show, and that season in particular, I went to the Pedder Sale and bought these Choos, which Carrie wears to a party on Staten Island with the politician who likes to pee on people. They were re-released in honour of the film last year and though I declined them at $5600, I happily added them to my army for $1800. The warehouse sale at Times Square continues today!
