Crystal Clear

For some reason when I heard of the Swarvoski and Hello Kitty collaboration, it felt like old news. I actually went through the website to see if we had written anything on it but turns out we write about Hello Kitty wine, Hello Kitty cars, Hello Kitty water but no jewellery. Maybe I’ve just always assumed there were Swarvoski Hello Kitty products out there. Anyway for those Hello Kitty lovers out there, Swarvoski will be launching necklaces and pendants, bracelets, rings, charms, accessories and figurines this August. Taking a look through the collection, the only thing that kinda appeals to me is the Hello Kitty crystal pedant and that’s more from curiosity than anything else, i.e. I wonder what people will say if I hang a giant crystal cat’s head on my chest? For die-hard Hello Kitty fans, there will be a Limited Edition piece appliqued with crystals with only 88 pieces available globally.
