Best of the Best of the

Fashionologie published its Best Dressed 2011 list and it's 78 looks long. That takes time to click through. If you're bored at work, check it out here... otherwise, we compiled a Best of the Best Dressed list, culling their six dozen plus down to 10 (plus one, just because). Kicking off with Amber Heard in Elie Saab, because girlfriend knows how to work a dress, in a way both the girls AND the boys love.

MK and Ashley in Chanel and The Row, because they can wear the weirdest stuff that makes no sense (those yellow mules!) and it still looks effortlessly cool.

Blake Lively in Marchesa, because she's laughing like the Joker at a Coca Cola-sponsored event, dressed as a Coca Cola bottle, and all the boys can think is "damn I want a drink of that", and all the girls can think is "damn, I hate her."

Carey Mulligan in Roksanda Illincic, because I loooove Carey Mulligan, and I loooove Roksanda Illincic, and I especially loooove the fact that she constantly looks so stoner beautiful. And, wow, those abs.

Cate Blanchett in Givenchy, because this list would have no legitimacy without her and this dress on it.

Emma Stone in Giambattista Valli, because even if you don't have Giambattista Valli, you can still rock hot pink and red to let out your inner Emma Stone. That's girl-next-door appeal.

Sarah Jessica Parker in Prabal Gurung, because she wasn't afraid to rip off Emma Stone, and somehow still made it fab.

Kate Bosworth in Erdem, because sometimes she's so busy being all cool and It girl, you sometimes forget she does pretty so well. Because she is just so damn pretty.

Mila Kunis in Elie Saab, because she's never been prettier, and I love the fact that she was stupid annoying Jackie on That '70s Show and she dated Macauley grossness, and now she's THIS.

Mila Kunis in Prada, because she never compromises on who she is, she's just old Hollywood boho glam all day all night all the time, and it works so good.

And our bonus extra: China Chow in Giambattista Valli, because HOW DID CHINA CHOW GET A GIAMBATTISTA DRESS? That girl hasn't been in anything since The Big Hit. Although, admittedly,  that is one of my favourite movies, like, ever. She ruined it with the shoes, but still, she deserves credit. Or at least a job! Somebody give her a job!
