The epicness of this Pendleton x Opening Ceremony twist-it-how-you-want-it skirt is such that it's inspiring a DIY project. And I can't sew for shit. I'm thinking... acquire a too-big maxi skirt in a non-offensive print, cut the waistband off and shorten to your waist size. Bunch the bottom skirt part at the waist, as you pin it try to pleat it loosely, then sew the waistband back on. Then just cut the edge off assymmetrically.
