Beauty Notes: VS Sassoon Heat Protection Mist

I'm one of those girls that needs to wash and blow dry her hair every day and being extremely impatient, I end up buying the professional hair dryers that you see at salons in order to speed up my hair drying process. So when I was offered the new VS Sassoon Heat Protection Mist for straight hair to try out, I was intrigued to see whether or not it's really beneficial as heat damage is something I'm definitely concerned about.

How is it different from other conditioners? Apparently, it protects your hair from heat up to 140 degrees. One thing I did notice was that unlike other leave in conditioners or protection mists, your hair doesn't get all sticky and gross which was a problem I've had with other brands. You spray the mist evenly over wet hair and then just blow dry as usual. While my hair is normally quite straight, after using the mist, the shape of my cut holds a bit longer which is useful as my hair is currently going through the flippy stage where it's no longer a bob but not long enough to not flip out. Yes it's time for a cut but I'm trying to grow out my hair and so hoping that I can suck it up and with the help of the mist, I think I just might. HK$59.9/ 150ml
