The idea is simple enough. Inflate a balloon, stick a light in it. Hang it, or rinse and repeat until you have a lamp that resembles a reject from the Lady Gaga costume collection. Although if you squint hard and look at the close-up photo for a long time, it sort of starts to look like you're seeing weird body cells through a microscope.
