Four Season's Caprice Bar

Guest blogger hkLifestyleGeek takes us for a cheesy ride.

Those who love cheese will inevitably fall hard for Caprice Bar, a secret in town that we're blowing wide open. Just before entering Caprice restaurant is a new bar area where guests can have drinks like cocktails, wine or Champagne before experiencing the main event, or just hang out at the bar and enjoy drinks along with some charcuterie, Iberico ham, pate and of course cheese!

Caprice has one of the best artisanal unpastuerised cheese selections in town and here you can sit back, relax and indulge. There are so many to choose from, it's best to get the "bit of everything" from goats' cheeses, to soft and hard ones. The cheese plate is very reasonable, ranging from HK$250-HK$280.

The sommelier can recommend some wine pairings with the cheeses for an additional HK$280 for three glasses, HK$370 for four. You can't make reservations here, but you can call ahead to check availability. The seats by the window overlooking Victoria Harbour are prime seats, but there are many other seats in this cosy place that has a nice classy ambiance.

Don't forget to check out the gorgeous Suzhou embroidery piece in the bar.
