Spark Notes: Sangria with Hardys Wine

So a couple weekends ago, I was hanging out with my girls and we were in the mood for sangria. As one of the girls is the PR for Hardys Wine, it was only natural that we decided to try out her client's wine. Surprisingly affordable and tasty, we ended up making several jugs of Sangria, way more than was needed!

Ingredients:
1 cup brandy
1 orange (ends cut off), thinly sliced 1 red apple, halved and thinly sliced
1 box 3L Hardys Reserve Shiraz 3L Cask 1 cup 7-Up / Sprite
1 cup fresh orange juice

Directions In a large pitcher, stir together brandy, orange and apple slices. Let stand 15 minutes. Serve chilled on ice.

The 3L Hardys Reserve Shiraz 3L Cask retails at Park N Shop for around $140.
