Geek Peek: Lisa Cheng of Sheer

Let's be honest. I kind of hate Lisa Cheng. A pocket rocket with a thriving business, a tight bod and seemingly a super attitude, she's everything I kind of want to be. Oh, and she gets her lingerie at wholesale prices. Bitch, right?

Obviously though, that's because she's the girl behind Sheer lingerie boutique, which swooped in a little over a year ago and basically filled a very gaping hole in Hong Kong's retail landscape. How did no one before her think that Hong Kong needed a really sweet lingerie land that wasn't as clinical as Marks & Spencer or as bizarre as Private Shop or as kinky as a Causeway Bay sex shop or as expensive as Lane Crawford? Anyway, she thought it, and did it, and now it's your one-stop shop for everything that goes underneath your clothes. Be they nursing bras or shaping girdles or VPL-proof thongs or push-ups designed specifically for small-breasted Asians or cool swimwear, Sheer has it all (plus some really cute changing rooms, so girly and plush). Look for Geek faves like Zimmerman swimwear, Chantelle bras (the demicups are SO flattering), Hanky Panky T-backs in every colour under the rainbow, silky Olivia von Halle jammies and boudoir-ready Mimi Holliday lingerie sets.

Such a sweet little shop has got to be backed by a fairly interesting girl, no? In which case, read on to find out a little more about Lisa Cheng... notably, which food group she favours, why she wants to be Leonardo DiCaprio and her secret method for instantly removing puffiness and eye bags.
