The charming Ms Gokson has opened up yet another branch of her lovely C’est La B cafe at Pacific Place recently and this time she’s offering an expanded menu from her Tai Hang branch whereby there are a lot more savories. I was invited to the opening party a while back and had the chance to sample some of the new signature dishes and I must say I love the rainbow club sandwich that mimics her beautiful rainbow cakes. So what can you expect from this cafe? Over 30 signature desserts and hot cakes with savoury pot pies, salads, pastas and sandwiches feature daily on the menu, served with special teas and coffees, wine and champagne. In addition, afternoon tea sets will be on offer.
