I love social media. The advent of this medium has meant that luxury brands have opened up their previously closed doors to showcase insider stories. Previously, perhaps only a few top tier media would be allowed to visit the factories and learn the insights to creating such products but now in order to reinforce their brand and to talk directly to consumers, we have little vignettes like these which are absolute gems. Right after Chanel showed off how their Little Black Jacket is made, Valentino is now demonstrating the craftsmanship behind creating one of their bags, the Rockstud.
