Remember the bread run I did months ago where we collected bread that would have otherwise been thrown away to provide to the needy? The organisers behind Feeding HK have recently released a cookbook to highlight how easy it is to create nutritious, affordable and effortless recipes that can be used to create delicious dishes at home. These dishes can be prepared with limited ingredients, equipment and space and all can be made for HK$10 or less per portion.
