I've been following the Flappy Bird saga much like anyone else given its bizarre story of the developer pulling the plug when it's making US$50,000 a day for him and that he wasn't getting legal action etc. How essentially the developer said it was too addictive and he was overwhelmed by everyone's interest. After the game was pulled, numerous clones popped up (including eBay listings of phones with Flappy Bird installed that was reaching US$900,000 but got pulled by eBay) but I think this just might be my favourite.
