I was at the Celine outlet outside Paris last April. My girlfriend was convincing me to buy this EUR$300 sleeveless trench, and I was all... "but why would I need a SLEEVELESS trench coat, it won't even keep me warm, I think I will be a punk and not buy it and instead regret it when I see photos of Kate Lanphear and Taylor Tomasi Hill looking so cool in theirs."
It's not exactly what you'd call a cautionary tale. But it's still pretty damn heartbreaking.
