Through the Lens

If you’re a fan of coffee table books, be sure to head over to Stella McCartney at the Landmark as the brand is launching the “Linda McCartney: Life in Photographs” Photo Book today. The images from the book takes you back to the rock and roll era with images of Rolling Stone’s Brian Jones and Mick Jagger, Bob Dylan, Michael Jackson, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Wonder and of course iconic images of the Beatles. Selected from an archive of over 200,000 images, the book also features snapshots of the McCartney family. No word though on whether images of Yoko are included.

16 copies will be available at the shop in three editions:
- Art Edition, two limited editions, retail at HK$38,000
- Collector’s Edition, four limited editions numbered and signed by Sir Paul McCartney, retail at HK$15,000
- Trade Edition, ten limited editions, retail at HK$580

If you can’t get your hands on the books in time, fear not as other bookstores such as Page One will also launch the collector’s edition and trade edition in mid June.
